It takes great willingness to be able to perceive with great clarity. Until we’re willing to let go of all opinions and judgments there will be a block to our view of life. Our perspective will have a fracture in it that translates into our pain until we are willing to let ALL judgment go – including the judgment of our judgments.
There’s a tendency to punish ourselves for our errors and mis-takes. Where we might not even think to condemn someone else, self-condemnation abounds. Practicing non-judgment starts with ourselves.
Cultivating the willingness to relinquish all judgments is SO worth it! The more I practice gratitude instead of taking offense, appreciation instead of condemnation, the more I feel whole.
I have found that letting go of judgments and opinions has brought me more benefits then I can even count. One of the greatest rewards is to feel more and more that I can perceive clearly. That clarity brings balance and Freedom.
I used to often wonder if I was able to clearly discern what was really going on. I used to wonder whether or not I was clearly perceiving divine guidance and insight or was I deceiving myself. I still wonder sometimes if I am truly perceiving clearly, but most of the time I feel confident because I’m not judging, I’m actively being loving.
The confidence I feel comes from trusting in Spirit, which is definitely a result of my willingness to see, know and feel clearly.
Are you willing to see, feel, hear and know clearly?
