Back in 2012 I got such a clear message from my Higher Holy Spirit Self to start traveling. When I made my first long trip I discovered that I was a lot more peaceful, generous, and patient than I ever used to be and that was great learning. Now, I’m traveling so much, going where Spirit leads me – even though, in my personality, I’d really rather be still, I know that I’m to learn to find the stillness in this movement and to use the travel to identify attachments and accelerate their release.

In a way, I feel that I’ve had so many victories this year in this deep healing path. Yesterday was a great day for my healing. It may seem small or insignificant, but I know it wasn’t. What happened was that I bought a plane ticket from Athens, Greece to Rome, Italy – I bought a couple weeks ago for $99. from Expedia.com through Iberia Airlines. I knew I needed to check a 2nd bag as I had a lot of things left from the Greek Retreat that I was still carrying. I was supposed to be able to pay for the second bag for $30 online or 60 euros at the airport.

Well, there was no way to purchase online. Literally, it was not possible. Iberia was the airline, but Vuerling was the carrier and no one was set up to let me purchase on line. I had to pay at the airport and I had to pay double. I made a few calls about it, got disconnected a few times and finally gave up.

Then, yesterday at the airport I was all set to pay the 60 euros and the price was actually 90 euros plus fees. That’s about $120.

I paid $99 to sit in a seat and I paid $120 to send my extra bag. Hahahahaha! And, I did it with a smile and a lightness of being. I laughed about it and I got the clerks to laugh with me too. It was a good day!

Then, when I got to Rome, my taxi driver WAY overcharged me and then wouldn’t help with my bags. We were pals until I arrived at my destination. Then he turned on me. I had to just laugh again.

I know that nothing can be lost in God. We’re all one, where’s it going to go? Everything in this world is symbolic. These events happened to let me see how much I’ve let go of. I’m so grateful! I know that everything that is mine comes to me. My job is to receive, not to curse the seeming loss. I’m certain that even more abundance will come.

I’m so grateful for my ever-giving spiritual practice which provides me with TRUE Abundance! True Abundance is knowing God’s Good is flowing in my life at all times and I AM receptive to it!
