New Moon + Solstice = WOW!!!

Today is the new moon AND the solstice, and to me as I was saying in my Spiritual Espresso from yesterday – I think it’s a major opportunity for our healing! Honestly, what I’ve been feeling for at least a week now feels like it’s going to be a MASSIVE influx of light and healing energy. Wouldn’t you like to make the most of that?

I thought I’d share with you what I’m going to do. First, I’ll invest myself in some quality time consciously communing with the Higher Holy Spirit Self – the IAM that I AM. And in that space of expansion, I’ve got a simple healing ceremony that I LOVE!

In case you haven’t noticed, lots of old patterns are flaring up right now – don’t anticipate that will abate any time soon. If you both cling to the past patterns and keep re-energizing them while simultaneously pray to let them go, they’re going to come up again and again for healing UNTIL you choose to surrender them to the light of your being for transmutation. In fact, that’s what we truly desire – to not give up – and to not have these patterns be hidden.

You have a choice. You can do your best to keep your focus on Love and go for the healing rather than start to manage and cope with the patterns. Your intention is known throughout the Universe. Be clear in your intention.

Know this: people who don’t feel worthy and don’t love themselves are often rejecting of healing. They settle for coping with the symptoms rather than going to the karmic cause. Today, you can shift that. Go for it!

Here’s my a really simple and powerful and healing ceremony you can do on your own or with friends. Do it today if you can. It’s the perfect time to do a new moon new intentions ceremony on this amazing solstice, before the big end of the year intensity pulls you in. It’s entirely possible to have a peaceful and calm holiday season.

New moon is all about planting the seeds of what you’d like to grow in your life.
PLEASE DON’T FOCUS ON GETTING STUFF and the things of this world.

When we pray for things we’re energizing ego and separation – it’s our unity with the infinite that allows us to bring forth anything that is needed.

Choose your awakening and healing to bring the greatest benefit for all.
To me, it’s always about purification to allow the expansion into our true identity.
The gift has already been given to us, it’s time for us to accept it!

This solstice, it’s about celebrating that I can let go of the burdens, the negative patterns and suffering of the past.

Right now, when so many are feeling squeezed up and out by old negative patterns – here’s something helpful to shift the energy and have a healing! New Moon Solstice Ceremony

Let’s get sacred!

I appreciate starting with setting of intention.
I intend to step into the greatest expansion I can receive with ease and grace.

Light a white candle
Have a glass of water beside you.
You can consecrate your space with offerings of smudge and prayer.

It’s powerful to write out what your stepping into on an energetic level, on a spiritual level. If you have friends with you, you may wish to share what you’ve written specifically or generally.

It’s nice to have a fire to place the offerings of what you’ve written in – a fire puja is always lovely – offering prayers to the fire as well as any writing – release it all! You can do that in a backyard fire pit, fireplace or a burning bowl.

Open your heart to what you’d like to call into your life. Set your intention for expansion and clarity, purity and joy!

More prayer, chanting, dancing, having a meal – these are all wonderful. Dance to celebrate your willingness to have a healing! Go for it! Now is our time to shine!
