Today I’m offering a free class called 7 Simple Steps to Interrupting the Patterns of Fear and you’re invited! I am so grateful that I can share these tips and tools that have so completely changed my life. Wow! As I’ve been preparing for the class, I’ve been remembering what it was like for me would fear would just grab me by the throat and shake me down. I would feel like an animal caught in a trap – willing to gnaw my own arm off to get away. I remember once I had a real anxiety attack.
Additionally I used to have those fear based dreams – I had so many different kinds. Oh, those were awful! It was like I couldn’t even get away when I was sleeping! No fair!
I also remember that my goals and dreams were all about trying to accomplish things in the world in order to feel better about myself. I don’t go back over my old journals, but if I did, I know that I was see thousands of entries focused on my experience of lack and limitation.
Those patterns of fear can feel so thick and intense. For me, they were often overwhelming. It was like being in some kind of sci fi movie like ALIENS where you just never knew when the attack would come, and then the alien would consume you and you were toast. I can laugh about it now, because it doesn’t happen anymore.
If I can share one thing with you in my class today that will help you unhook from these patterns, then I AM so grateful! There are so many more beautiful, wonder-full and glorious things for us to focus on than managing and coping with fear!
