Gratitude multiplies the good. It literally opens up the flow of good in your heart and in your mind.
When we practice being grateful and thankful it’s an offering practice. We’re offering thanks and gratitude for what we have, for things as they are, for the blessings we can see and those that we can’t see.
A grateful heart is a peaceful heart.
An ungrateful heart is a heart that is in pain and suffering.
Either way, you’re magnifying and multiplying the essence of what you place your attention on. It’s up to you. Focus on what you don’t like and you’ll experience more of what you don’t like. Focus on what you appreciate and you’ll experience even more blessings.
Give thanks for every blessing that you have.
Be willing to be grateful for the blessings that are encoded into EVERY THING and feel even more blessed.
When we’re grateful we raise our vibration which allows to see, feel, hear and know more clearly the choices that bring more good.
Honestly, it’s not rocket science.
Be more grateful and you’ll feel happier more of the time.
Feeling happier is one more thing to be grateful for!
This Thanksgiving actively thank the folks that you appreciate and you’ll watch your blessings multiply!
