I have found it so helpful to contemplate what A Course in Miracles has to say about doubt.  It tells us that ALL doubt is self-doubt.  When we doubt others, when we doubt that God loves us, when we doubt that the healing is happening – it’s all self-doubt and therefore it can be healed.

If we doubt that God loves us, then we’re doubting our lovability.

And because we’re part of God, we’re doubting our own ability to Love and be loved.

One of the most insidious thoughts the ego has is doubt.  The ego sows seeds of doubt all over the place.  One of the most hurtful things we can do is to plant seeds of doubt in people’s minds.  It can be so destructive.  Doubt can ruin relationships and be the root cause of great misery.

There is a way to heal doubt and to undo the possibility of entering into our mind.  I’ll be discussing doubt today on my radio show.  You can join me live or listen later.
