Follow your heart and fly!

What I notice is that, sometimes, people get inspired and on fire to pour their heart into things and then something discourages them and they pull back and withdraw. It takes real courage to follow your heart regardless of whether or not anyone else is paying attention and appreciating what you’re doing.

I’ve learned the power of *moving forward and following my heart even when others think I’m a bit nuts. A good example of that is my weekly Sacred Circle Spiritual Counseling Call, which I’ve been doing for about five years now.

When I first had the inspiration to do it, I didn’t have the means to do it. I simply couldn’t afford to hire someone to help me do all the pieces of it to make it come together. I had a great desire to offer an opportunity for people who wished to be able to have counseling with me be able to have it at a low cost and a regular frequency.

At the time that I finally had the resources to move forward and offer this program, several of my friends who had offered similar programs that “failed” told me not to waste my time and energy starting something that would never last.

That was 5 years ago.

My weekly Sacred Circle Spiritual Counseling calls are one of my favorite things. And for those who are in Finding Freedom Spiritual Bootcamp, it’s a bonus. I really feel the power of our weekly calls.

I’m so glad that I follow my guidance and move forward even when others are trying to persuade me with their logic. Don’t get me wrong, there are MANY times when folks in my beloved community are SO very helpful in telling me things that I haven’t seen or noticed and that’s wonderful. For me, telling me the truth as you understand is helpful to me. I can take anything that’s offered to me as long as it’s offered with Love and kindness.

My invitation to you is to consider what you might be resisting or putting on the back burner because you’re not sure how it will go over. I encourage you to follow your heart and let Spirit make the way for you.

When it comes to contributing more Love, Spirit always makes a way. As long as we walk with Spirit, wherever we wander, we cannot get lost. That’s pretty cool!
