As far as I can tell, we all have multiple things that we judge ourselves for, and that means that we must forgive ourselves in order to feel free of the trap of self-judgment and self-attack.
The things that we’ve done that we judge ourselves for can be seen as self-betrayal.
When we judge others and hold grievances against them, those two are, in essence, self-betrayal.
Any time we are unloving, it is a betrayal of our true Self, our Higher Holy Spirit Self.
Forgiveness is the way out.
Many people struggle for years, for decades, for the majority of their life for the simple reason that they aren’t courageous enough to look within and forgive their self-judgment and self-attack. This is where we can lead the way and demonstrate the power of forgiveness.
Today is the day for our healing.
Let’s no longer contribute to the idea that judging ourselves and each other is worth engaging in.
Let’s live our destiny and lead the way!
Have you had the experience of forgiving your self-betrayal?
