Happy Halloween to you! I’m up in Maine and missing out on the festivities, as it’s very quiet here on Deer Isle. I love Halloween and all the pageantry of it. I love arts and crafts, and it’s fun to be able to put your all into something creative that will only last for a little while.
I grew up making my own costumes and having a lot of fun with that, even though nothing ever turned out as great as I wished it would. That’s how life is sometimes, and we can still have a great time enjoying the journey.
I doubt that anyone’s life turns out the way they hope it will or think it will when they’re younger.
When I was in my teens and 20’s, I had a very different idea of what I thought would make me happy and of what I thought success is. Now I see success as being something completely different. My concept of success went from something in the world to something in my Spirit.
Yesterday in Masterful Living class, I was sharing about how it felt so bold for me to come out and tell the world via this daily blog that I was declaring my intention to attain Enlightenment.
I was glad to move beyond any concern of what anyone else would think of me.
I was glad to let go of listening to that voice that says “Who does she thinks she is?”
I was glad to be able to answer that voice with “She is the one who is willing to KNOW she is God’s and she is already as holy as holy can be!” It’s been an important part of my path of liberation.
I feel it’s so important for us to declare our intentions to attain Enlightenment, and throw off the shackles of not good enough.
That’s why I’m planning a 3-part class to end unworthiness in our minds – so that we can declare our worthiness to attain Enlightenment and take our rightful place as the Light of the world.
How do you feel about declaring your intention to attain Enlightenment?
