This week in Masterful Living we’ve been harvesting the benefits of our spiritual practice this year, noticing how much our loved ones have also been changed simply because we decided to stop judging them and start really loving and supporting them.
There are only two choices in each moment: Oneness or separation. If you aspire to make the world a better place, choose Oneness.
We train ourselves to look for a loving choice.
In order to choose Oneness consistently, you can train yourself to let go of cherishing the thoughts of lack and attack.
Align with thoughts of Love, letting go of all judgments and learn to trust the Divine.
It’s a way of living that is deeply transformative.
It can be so challenging.
When you have proven yourself to be untrustworthy over and over and OVER again, how do you learn to trust God? One choice at a time.
When it seems like God doesn’t deliver the goods, and God isn’t the perfect delivery service of your happiness no matter how much you beg and suffer, you may be so angry and resentful that you refuse to trust – in order to punish God for being such a withholding God. Been there. Done that. Ugh.
There’s hardly one of us that hasn’t had these thoughts about God. We make stuff up and believe it to be true, and then operate as though the lie is the truth.
Enough of that madness!
I choose my healing!
The greatest gift you can give to yourself is to be willing to practice choosing Love and Unity instead of attack and separation.
Be willing to have a new experience. Be willing to give yourself a gift this coming year.
Each year in my yearlong Masterful Living Course people demonstrate how much benefit a little bit of willingness consistently cultivated can bring. Year after year, people tells me they are SURPRISED at their results. That’s what they tell me.
They are GRATEFUL – at how much their life and their feeling about themselves can change in just one year.
It’s miraculous. It’s not magical – they do the work to get the results.
They take one step at a time.
I know this when it comes to spiritual practice — if we’re successful by even a little – there’ll be more Light in our lives and everyone else’s. Your vibration will be lifted and you’ll begin to silently broadcast the message: “It can be done and I AM doing it.”
There is that within you which knows how to do this.
I wonder, is there such thing as blind faith? To live in the trust is to SEE by faith. Faith lights the way and the path is known and firm, even when it’s narrow. Walk the talk today and you will truly see.
We choose our healing. We live by grace. We walk in faith.
Love lights our way.
All through the holidays, we get to choose Heaven or hell with each choice we make. If you find the holidays difficult, if you struggle with old family patterns, if you’re feeling you’d like to really have a breakthrough then you might find my F* Me Here Come the Holidays free class helpful.
