Living Without Complaints

Folks have been telling me that recent times have been rough for them. We’ve just come through a full moon and that’s a time of releasing what doesn’t serve [1] while harvesting the wisdom of what’s been.

One of the most valuable things I’ve learned is that if I’d like to be happy [2] and live an enjoyable life I must stop complaining [3].

When we complain we’re telling life to show up in a way we don’t like. It just brings more of the same, because like attracts like.

Complaining makes me a crap magnet.

And it makes life seem SO small.
About the size of a trash basket.

Will you join me in committing to stop complaining?
Let’s go cold turkey.

It may seem impossible, but it’s not.

This is how we become miracle [4] minded.

Catch your self complaining.

Release the attachment to the view that brings the complaint.

Replace the complaint with appreciation.

Catch. Release. Replace.

That’s the practice that heals our mind.

Let’s commit and go for it!

IMPORTANT: Won’t you please help me out? I’ve got a short survey I’d like you to fill out so I can learn more about what’s important to you as I plan the events calendar for this year! Click here now to fill out my survey. [5]
