I love trying new things and I love sharing what I love.

Last August I invited folks to join me and others at the Power of Love Ministry to join us in a 40-Day Meditation Challenge!

We had more than 1,000 people join us and the response has been tremendous. Many of us are continuing on and still doing this simple 15 minute a day practice called Kirtan Kriya.

Kirtan Kriya is a Kundalini Yoga Meditation that’s simple to do and has profound physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.

It involves a simple hand movement and corresponding chant.

What are the benefits people have had?
