Right now it’s been in the news a lot that people are having lots of anxiety and depression. Emotional challenges are at a high for many people.
One of the things that is deeply troublesome for many people is when they have the sense that they’re not living their life purpose. It’s understandable.
If you’re not living your life purpose then every day feels like it’s out of alignment.
In the many years I’ve looked at this issue, I’ve come to see that we all have the same life purpose. Our purpose is to love and be loved. Simple.
When we’re not living the Love then we feel out of alignment. There are no substitutes for extending, sharing and being the Love.
Fortunately we can get on purpose in a day.
We can turn on a dime.
If there’s something missing in our life, it is most likely that we’re not living the Love that we are.
Some folks who display a great amount of melancholy and duress, are quite focused on themselves and do little to help others. That’s not living the Love.
Even if we’re confined to a hospital bed we can share the Love all day with those around us.
Even if we’re trapped at home by ourselves and we’re a quadriplegic, we can still share the Love in our mind.
Living our purpose doesn’t have to do with circumstances, it’s all about where we’re placing our attention.
We can choose Love.
Love has already chosen us.
SUNDAY: Father’s Day is coming this weekend and my father is joining us at Sundays With Spirit. You can join us too! I’ve asked my Dad to be willing to have people ask him questions, so if you’ve got one, bring it!
