I’m offering my free class, 7 Simple Steps to Interrupt Patterns of Fear today and tomorrow. I just did it the other day and I’m so glad I followed Spirit’s inspiration to do this now. People are experiencing a lot of fear right now, and I hope that’s not you, but if it is, there’s good news.
Fear is a habit that we can quit. Truly.
I used to be pushed by the pain of fear in most of my decisions and choices.
I lived a life that was so reactive to what I saw in the world because I was driven by fear – and I didn’t understand it all.
I really did feel like I was being pushed about and that life was happening to me. I felt like a victim.
A Course in Miracles has taught me that I have two choices.
One is a loving choice and the other is a fearful choice.
The loving choice is to take responsibility for what I see and what I feel.
The unloving choice is to see me as a victim of the world.
And, it’s easy to tell if I’ve made a good decision by how I feel.
If I’m not at Peace, I made the “wrong” choice.
But even if I make my bed in hell, “thou art with me.”
Spirit is always with me, and always for me.
Never against me.
However, am I always for Spirit?
I can honestly say that I feel I am now, and I know that because I’m mostly at Peace. And that’s compared to how I used to feel.
I used to feel agitated every day.
And that felt like a failure to me.
It felt like a failure to be loving.
It felt like I was investing in fear again and again and I couldn’t see how to stop it.
I decided to do whatever it took to live a life without fear and that’s when I began to get the insights, the tips, and tools, from Spirit, and that made all the difference.
My life changed so much and so fast that I couldn’t keep it to myself.
I had to share it.
And that’s how I came to offer my Finding Freedom From Fear spiritual boot camp with ACIM Principles. My next session – the last one until possibly next spring at the earliest, begins on Sunday, October 3.
Healing the habits of fear isn’t easy, but it’s FAR EASIER than living in fear.
