Phew!  The energy is intense right now, isn’t it?  It seems like we’re all being pushed to look at our unhealthy patterns and bring them to the Light.  It’s not always fun, but it’s always helpful.  It takes surrendering to get us through.  

Sometimes I feel it’s like surrendering to a river of Love.

Have you ever been tubing on a river?  It’s so much fun, and so relaxing to just float along in an inner tube and let the river take you where it’s going.  Bringing things to the Light of our soul can be like that.  It doesn’t have to brutally painful.  Ease and grace are available if we choose them.

Have you noticed the energy shifting all around you, as well as in you?  I sure have.  What I see is that the people who have a small amount of willingness are using that willingness to create an opening in their heart and their mind to find an even greater willingness and they are seeing real results from it.  

And then there are the folks who are in the place of believing they aren’t worthy of the good in life and that they’re so unworthy that they don’t believe the healing can happen for them.

I used to feel so strongly that spiritual healing works for others, but not for me, and so, “why bother?”  Can you relate?

I continued listening to audios and reading books and going to spiritual events, without really committing to do the deep inner work that truly transforms so I continued feeling that the true healing and awakening I was after was elusive.  I was in that space for many years.  I fooled myself into thinking that reading books and listening to audios was healing.

Information isn’t healing.

I didn’t realize that the reason it was elusive was because of my own resistance to make the commitment to doing the inner work necessary.  It requires the willingness to overcome the fear to look within – and that fear is STRONG, but it has no power unless we give it power.  It dissolves when we join together with others to look together.  I love that about spiritual community.

I remember working with a counseling client who doubted the possibility of having real results.  I said “if I could guarantee you that Fedex would deliver your perfect healing on a day one year from now, would you accept it?

She said she would receive it, “yes.”

I said, “alright then, let’s work together in faith.  Now, if you’ll take the stand that YOU know your healing will be delivered – even though you don’t know what it will look like – then how would you like to focus your energy for the next year? If you don’t need to worry about the healing anymore, where would you like to focus your attention?”

You see, without faith, she would spend the next year worrying and stressing about NOT HAVING the healing, but if she was willing to believe that the healing was guaranteed, she wouldn’t be worrying and stressing, she could focus on other things, with confidence.  And she wouldn’t have the experience of all that worry actually pushing away the results she desired.

She wouldn’t be pushing the healing away.  

When we doubt, we’re pushing the results we’d like away.  

And deep down it’s about our worthiness.  

Worthiness is ALL it’s about.  In ALL cases.  All our doubt about Spirit is really self-doubt project onto God.  

We can’t be welcoming our good at the same time as we’re doubting it’s happening.  Those are two opposing thoughts.

I wish there were some way I could inspire everyone to be willing to do the inner work and set themselves free.  It’s the reason why I like to do the classes and retreats I do – working together it’s joyful and easier.  

What is the healing that you would welcome and COULD welcome if you were willing to have faith and trust?  Be willing to think about it and figure out the answer.

Yes, it does take a great willingness to move through things quickly, AND it’s so gratifying!  We’re demonstrating the power of Love to heal our minds and our lives and every problem we think we have.  When we prove God works in our life our faith is strong!

We’re all on a journey of developing trust and faith and there’s so much help for us in the invisible.  We’re never alone.  I Love you and I thank God for you.  We bless each other with our willingness to rise in Spirit and come back into our right minds.  Together we’re answering our call to BE the Love.  YES!
