A Course in Miracles helps us to expose the unconscious guilt that we all feel so that it can be dissolved permanently. This is the guilt that humanity feels for having turned away from God, our creator, and, in doing so, turned away from our own true identity.

We’ve made the things of this world more important to us than our relationship with our own Higher Holy Spirit Self and that causes a dissonance within our own mind.

People frequently feel guilt for many things, so they think, but it’s really ALL about the unconscious guilt.  

When we feel guilty, if we just try to turn away from it or push it down, out of our attention, then we’re actually validating it and strengthening it.

The bottom line is that we’re not guilty.

We’re innocent.

Our innocence is still intact, no matter what’s occurred.  

It’s part of our spiritual nature.

When we accuse and blame a brother or sister, then we’re projecting our own deep sense of guilt onto another to try to get back to our innocence, but it doesn’t work.  It just makes us feel more guilty for having falsely accused someone rather than taking responsibility for what we see and experience.

Guilt is insidious and it robs us of Joy.

How can we be joyful if we believe we’re guilty and should be punished?  Not possible.

Instead of pushing the awareness of guilt away we can have a spiritual practice that dissolves it and heals it back to the root cause.  

We can end the internal battle and experience eternal Peace.  The only way to do this is through an effective spiritual practice that feels fruitful, expansive and inspired.  

Gone are the days of thinking that we just have to manage and cope with the guilt.  Isn’t it good to know that all the forms of mental and emotional suffering we experience can actually be transformed into compassion and wisdom and that which can bring benefit to all beings?
