In 2020, I invited everyone who gets this daily shot of Spiritual Espresso to join me in a 40-Day Meditation Challenge!

We had more than 1,000 people join us and the response has been tremendous.  Many of us are continuing on and still doing this simple 15 minute a day practice called Kirtan Kriya.

In fact, there’s a group that does the Meditaiton every evening and they’ve been doing it for 500 days as of today!  WOWZER!  Congratulations and kudos to Angela Potts-Mang’andah, one of our certified spiritual counselors who has led the group!

There’s so much benefit to making a commitment to do a simple spiritual practice every day no matter what.  And this is a great one.

Myself, I’ve done it EVERY day now since May 2021.  It’s so easy to do and I don’t ever feel like I wish I didn’t have to do it.  I feel blessed every time.

Kirtan Kriya is a Kundalini Yoga Meditation that’s simple to do and has profound physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.

It involves a simple hand movement and corresponding chant.
