Why does it take such great learning to understand that all things are helpful? It’s because it takes great learning to be very willing to value the truth more than the story we’ve made up about things.

The story we made up about things, our interpretation has become the conditioned view of life, the concretized view of our life.

We’ve set ourselves in stone, but all of that is an illusion.

Isn’t an amazing gift to ourselves – and ALL life – to at last accept that our interpretation is an illusion that we can cast aside. We can let it go no matter how much we’ve previously invested in it.

Why be stuck in a thought or a thought pattern?

Nothing – not one thing in this world – demands that we stay stuck.

Being stuck in a false belief is something we have to actively choose multiple times.

And that’s why, the only way I know of to get out of it FAST is to forgive myself for trying it on in the first place.

Until I release the judgement I have of myself for trying on that idea of myself, or making that error, the stink of it is still on me. It seems so real.

But that does not make it real.

When I am willing to release the judgment then I can finally move on and be free. It’s up to me.

And that’s why forgiveness is so dear to me.

Let’s just be willing to value the truth instead of our stories.

No matter how much we’ve invested in the story, only the truth will set us free.

The only way to have more Love in our lives is to be more loving. Let’s just be willing.
