"I had a life-long struggle with depression, starting at age 14. Crippling beliefs, ideas, thoughts about myself and about the world kept me in a pattern of suffering. We focus on shifting the mental beliefs and the emotional attachments to false beliefs that are the root causes of depression, anger, hurt, and anxiety.   It’s how you apply the practices, throughout your day, while you’re living your life which will lead to your greatest success.


Overwhelm and a feeling that folks are on their own (even if others are around) dealing with way too much can contribute to feeling depressed, angry and anxious.  By offering LOTS of support - the kind that actually understands - on a daily basis the feeling over being overwhelmed can subside so that people can make choices that really make a difference.


We cultivate willingness through many methods.  You will be invited to make temporary changes in your living habits for a three month period so you can give yourself the MAXIMUM support in transformation.  We’re in it to win it!  You don’t have to do anything you don’t wish to do, that wouldn’t be productive, but you will be asked to

make changes in your diet, such as eliminating sugar and alcohol for the 90 days as well as other lifestyle changes that support you in eliminating the root causes of dysfunction and unhappiness.


To create a super safe space for participants to share we practice non-judgment and confidentiality in our programs.  You will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement in order that everyone can feel safe that what they share is not going beyond the group.  We are rigorous in our practice of non-judgment.  It’s not that we don’t all

Serotonin impacts every part of your body, from your emotions to your motor skills. 

Serotonin is considered a natural mood stabilizer. It’s the chemical that helps with sleeping, eating, and digesting.  Serotonin also helps:

  • Regulate anxiety
  • Heal wounds

  • Maintain bone health

Here’s how serotonin affects various functions across your body:

Bowel movements: Serotonin is found primarily in the body’s stomach and intestines. It helps control your bowel movements and function.

Mood: Serotonin in the brain is thought to regulate anxiety, happiness, and mood. Low levels of the chemical have been associated with depression, and increased serotonin levels brought on by medication are thought to decrease arousal.

Sleep: This chemical is responsible for stimulating the parts of the brain that control sleep and waking. Whether you sleep or wake depends on what area is stimulated and which serotonin receptor is used.

Bone health: Serotonin plays a role in bone health. Significantly high levels of serotonin in the bones can lead to osteoporosis, which makes the bones weaker. 

Sexual function: Low levels of serotonin are associated with increased libido, while increased serotonin levels are associated with reduced libido.

    Not everyone can attend everything, and we do have different time zones, so, we’ll have meetings twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays to try and make things as convenient as possible for the greatest number of people.  Replays will be available for additional convenience.

  • How much time will it take?

There are options each day for joining the group with meditation in the morning and in the evening.  You can do these on your own as well.  If you can invest an average of 1 hour per day you’ll be doing well.  The invitation will be to dramatically reduce television watching while in the program to make room for other activities.  

  • What if I can’t join in live?

For the classes with Jennifer you’ll always have replays.  For the meditations you’ll have videos you can use on your own if you cannot join the group.
