Overcome anxiety, so you can finally live the life you’ve always wanted. Are you ready to release the angst, worries, and fears that keep you miserable and suffering? Are you ready to let go of the anxiety that keeps you panicking about the future? Are you ready to let go of the guilt that keeps you living in the past? Are you ready to make the shift from anxiety to love? Claim the peace that is your birthright. For years, I wasn’t sure if I’d ever know what it was like to feel inner peace again. Anxiety was constantly shaking my inner world. It felt like a curse that followed me around wherever I went. Every physical symptom I had threw me into a panic that I was dying a horrible disease. I’d rush to Google to check out my symptoms, only to have my fear reflected back to me with search results that included the worst case scenario. The anxiety didn’t stop there: I couldn’t travel. At times the panic was so bad I couldn’t eat. And the insomnia still makes me uncomfortable to think about. But this is all becoming a distant memory because I found a way out.
Module 1: Setting a Strong Foundation In this module, we’ll cover foundational principles in shifting from anxiety to love and key attitudes to cultivate in your life: Radical honesty, committing your life to Spirit, and radical willingness. You’ll implement strategies immediately to allow non-judgment, self-care, and self-compassion to guide you on the journey of shifting from anxiety to love.
Module 2: Navigating our Hooks and Triggers This module will focus on uncovering hidden blocks and identifying what trips you up. We’ll roll up our sleeves and get deep down into the mind to uncover beliefs that hold you back from peace.
Module 3: Finding your Anchor This module will focus on finding your “rock” (the one who sees you ONLY with love) and we’ll explore how to use it to ground yourself and to heal. We’ll implement the transformational process of “doing” into “being.”
Module 4: Learning to Deeply Listen This module will cover the art of slowing down, pausing, and listening. You’ll learn strategies to tune into Love and strengthen your connection with your True Self.
Module 5: Steps and Shifts In the healing journey of shifting from anxiety to love, there are things to DO and things to THINK. We’ll explore select steps and shifts as covered in my book, “From Anxiety To Love.”
Module 6: Living the Process Ultimately, we’re moving towards dropping our stories. But for now, in this module we’ll cover tools and strategies for various anxiety scenarios and how they show up in your life.
